gadgets to listen to music

Because I don't have Ipods, I use my computer or Laptop, instead. I enjoy surfing and mylot-ing while listening to music and the sounds are quite good thanks to my subwoofer. Ipod make me unconscious and not aware of surroundings. I sometimes use my smartphones to listen, but I rarely do it now.
What gadgets do you normally use when listening to music?

Does the tones sound good in your phone ?? because some handphones don't have clear sound. Mine have good sound, but I rarely use it for listening. I use it for communications and if I also listen to music by handphone, the battery will run out fast and I have to recharge it again hehehe

oh, that nokia. yes, it has good quality. Because it's designed for listening to music. I once wanted to buy that, but after I met BB storm2, I changed to Storm 2. Its sound isn't too bad and I already got my laptop, so I don't have anything to lose hehehe

I love listening to music and having an ipod is very important to me, because I can only listen to my music list through my ipod when I'm travelling to work or to anywhere I go. But if I was just staying home then I prefer to use my laptop because I can play around with the equalization and sounds effect setting. Sometimes if I don't want the lyrics and just want the back round music then I will set it to karaoke mode which is quite fun that I will be the singer

I see your ipod is quite handy. I never use ipod because I'm already used to laptops. I play songs whenever I open my laptop. But, your ipod is quite unique. It has karaoke mode, which I never heard before. What's its brand?? I'd like to see it.

Oh no no it is not my ipod that has a karaoke mode, but it is my sound system on my laptop. So I was saying when I'm at home and on my laptop I will listen to my music straight from my itunes folder in my computer. Then I would use the sounds effect system to turn off the lyric which nobody will be singing but only the music going. I don't use my ipod when I'm in the house. sorry to confuse you

oh, I see. do the subtitle come up ?? hehehe. I don't know itunes could turn off lyrics. I should try it. THX anyway

I listen to music on my computer at work all the time, with earphones, so I don't disturb my co-workers, of course.
At home, I play music on my laptop in the kitchen, while cooking (I've even started to develop a theory what music goes to some types of dishes) and really loud when I use the vacuum cleaner.
The Ipod is for traveling and jogging. The best thing is that I can listen to new music (new albums, new bands and so on) while jogging, because I'm completely relaxed and I can focus on the music and understand the new songs.

It sounds fun listening while jogging. I'm not used to earphone, so I rarely use Ipod. Listening while cooking is quite great. You could forget the heat and the tiresome work, and just go with the beat. hehehe.

I used my ipod, my phone, may laptop or my desktop. i love listening to music. it makes my day warmed up and ready for the day.

It sure is. I also listen to music when I'm bored with my work and the music's beating keeps my spirit alive and kinda strengthening me. That's why I combined work with music and the result is quite satisfying. I could finish my work faster.

Do you use headphones connected to your PC?? I had a bad time with headphone. My head is drowsy after I finished listening by headphone. Until that time, I seldom use headphone and prefer to let the music be heard by people. Not in cafes, of course. hehehe
