finally im back from retreat

hi guys finally today im back from my retreat in school and im so happy because im really tired from y retreat,and i think retreat makes my mind better because in my retreat they teach me how to get a nice meditate and so much,because last year im so bored with meditate and always sleep when meditate session so now i know that meditate doesn't always worth because you can do meditate in every position you like ,such as sleeping position but you must concentrate in your breathe just feel it ,but in my retreat there's some guy that sleeping and then snooring in the place LOL,when we are in concentrate and then a snooring sound bother you,
