leader and himself

Hi friend indeed a leader needs to be a true leader in all respect and ethical behavior is one vital ingredient.However,nowadays the leaders generally try to do the reverse the moment they achieve power they sway from their ethical and moral values and start doing all types of things that are detrimental to the society.In today's world ethics hold no value only money does.If a leader can garner enough wealth for himself and his family he is looked upon with great respect by the society.Ethics and morality go out of the window in today's materialistic world.

hi advokatku yes indeed a leade must have high ethics and morals or he fails as a leader. He will indeed be embarrassed and humiliated by his ineptitude.Others will not want to follow him and if he is in some elected position he may be replaced come the next election. If he is working in some company and has bad ethics he might end up fired and or in jail.

Your right that a leader has a huge responsibility. As a teamleader at work, I often feel like I have to hide and control certain things about me that makes me human. If I didn't, I wouldn't have the job. Sometimes it can be like a prison because the feelings you have can not be shared with just anyone you know. They must be saved for close friends and family and never even those if they work with you. There is a great seperation between professional and personal relationships.

Hi Advokatku!. I think to be a leader never an easy task. Its a common if we had a high expectation to our leader, because we hope or believe they will make a chance to the better. So I think every one who want to leader has to prove thats they had quality to be leader and wiling to serve their people. They are so many leaders who struggle to get power and after they reach it they don't give good impact in their people life and their people start to act negatively to their leader like held demonstration.

yep.i agree with you As a leader,shuold have some virtue that can make himself a leader..some born to be a leader ..some will not Like me, i not talented in leadering ...i don't like to lead other ,and i found myself unable to do this ..
