My headache always stop with Tea of Coffee!!

Many times when i came from college or from Library, My head ache :P and then i am in the mood of not doing anything, then i get a copy of Tea which act as Tablet for me and stop my headache ;) I don't know but its True. What is ur experience with Tea or coffee? ;-D

asyria51 is right. You can become addicted to caffeine, so if you get a headache when you haven't had any tea or coffee for a while, you're having a withdrawal symptom. If you cut back on the amount of caffeine you get every day, you can probably avoid the headaches. Or just do what I do -- go make another cup of tea. LOL

It sounds like you have a caffine addiction. When you constantly drink tea or coffee or other cafinated drinks, when you don't drink them you get a headache. You go back, you drink some caffine and it starts to feel better.

Yeah, I heard this many times and i also agree with this, but headache is not due to tea addiction for me bcoz even sometime i dont drink tea, then i also my head doesn't ache :P But when headache due to some other reasons like, too much tension,due to gf or teacher or some others then also tea helps me. :P Thanks for sharing. :) -Rasorr

iam surprise that cofee or tea will be medicine for your headache... i had no experience for it but thanks for sharing your experience

I also don't know how but it's ture :) and when headache start instead of taking a tablet I prefer to take Tea. :P Have a nice day!! -Rasorr

Yeah, i do agree with you....... Many a times it happned with me, but I need tea the most when i feel sleepy. I like coffee the most with my friends.
