Have you ever get involved in other girl while you are in relationship?

Guys,I am having a very good relationship with my gf and we are gonna marry soon,We love each other alot but few months back or may be a year back we had some serious fight and we did not talk with each other for 1 week.And in that period i came across to my old school friend and started talking with her on phone.After one week me n my gf got back together but me n my old school friend continued talking on phone.That girl is really very sweet,i got attracted to her and soon i came to know that she is in love with me.I tried to convince her that i am already in a relationship and after that she didnt receive my call and didnt reply to my messages.I got so upset that i started missing her badly.I still dont know what was it.May be just attraction.have you guys experienced this situation ever?
