Working night shift makes your world turned upside down. Everything about your normal life is affected. You don't get to eat on time & sleep on time. On my rest days, I try to sleep normally for two days & then again a continuous 5days of interrupted, abnormal life.

The downside of sleeping differently is that. Your immune system weakened and you have to deal with all the noise around you. Plus the light will not help you at all.
I've been working like 3 years now, in a night shift..and I still can't get the right timing for my sleep. Guess humans are nocturnal beings.

Oh gosh is so messed up it's starting to affect my work performance! I had to leave yesterday because I was just so exhausted. Night time is a time for rest! I'm starting to realize that, for me, night shifts are just not okay. Some people can handle it and I totally applaud them for that and am a little jealous, LOL. But I just cannot.
