We were supposed to do healing circle today. Instead, we watched a 2 hour DVD. It was about healing. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Dr. Pearl is quite the storyteller, but still, I like doing instead of watching. I don't mind watching if there are new techniques i can learn or do, but I didn't really understand the techniques because he was only discussing concepts.
So have you ever been disappointed by something in your life and if so, what was it?

manytimes. I like this guy online and have for several years. I sort of blew it with him so I pretended to be someone else. Now I can't call him or he will know. I am so upset at myslef. I am very disappointed.

I'm not sure what you can do about that unless you have a different phone number and/or different computer in the future. Maybe there was some other reason why it was not meant to be.

Ya, it's called Karma. And my voice is the give away. How do I change my voice?

I change my voice all the time. I have my regular voice and my cartoon one. Karma like what goes around comes around Karma?

yes, of course i think when we expect something, from people, from our friends and loved ones and then we did not see it... or when we expect something out of an event, a job well done and life gives us nothing of what we have expected, then that sure disappoints me.. it saddens me and thankfully i get easily back on track...

I know I have been disappointed in my life, but nothing comes to mind just now, unless it is to be disappointed in myself and my focus. Other than that, I am just home from a really nice visit, and had a good weekend, so I do not really think about disappointment.

Yes. There is no a single one on the earth has never been disappointed in his/her life, I have to say.
For example, when you work hard but the result you wish to come out never happens, you'll be kind of disappointed. For me, this kind of thing sometimes happens to me. And I have to get over it.
For anther instance, you hear that one restaurant is good, then you go there to have a dinner, but you don't like the foods there. A bit of disappointed cannot be avoided.

Yes i've been disappointed in my life plently of times but the one that really got me was when i failed an exam i spent hours upon hours of studying time. But like the saying goes you first have to fail to get success. I still go living enjoying live even when i get disappointing moments i brush them off and try again thats what life is all about. Much love Bryan

Very true.
I studied a long time for an exam that I failed once, too. Very upsetting, but the study guide was for the test before they changed it to a totally different test with different kinds of questions. Thanks and take care.
