Ice cream recipes

Since my son like ice cream very much.. i try to browse about the ice cream recipes..
from one of the web talking about ice cream recipes, i found that the best is using "Sahne"..
I try to find it on some supermarket but can't find it..
Do you know about "SAHNE" ??
If you have nice ice cream receipes too, please let me know ... maybe we can share the recipes and found the best one..

My kids love when I line a glass baking dish with ice cream sandwiches, then some fudge or chocolate syrup, then a layer of cool whip, then crushed oreos. Freeze til hard and serve - it looks great too!
You can use whatever you have for the top - M & M's, crushed cookie, sprinkles, drizzle caramel...the choices are endless. Wish I had some now.
