Aggghh. It's having issues and either freezing up and or randomly closing ("encountering an error" or whatever it says) and it's bugging me. Normally I'm not on the computer as much as I am tonight, but I'm totally bored and sleepless so I thought I'd give MyLot a whirl. But anywho, what do you think would help this issue?
Perhaps I should un-install and re-install Firefox? (I've already cleared browsers several times..) What do you think would help?

Hi Maezee its possible that the problems you are experiencing are the result of updating to the newest version of firefox I would uninstall that version of firefox and install an earlier version 7.0 or and in between (at least until they or install SeaMonkey another web browser made by the Mozilla team it is based on an AIO browser a replacement for their original program

I only use firefox now and if it crashes it is usually something has updated and not working with firefox, or firefox updated and other programs haven't. Which can cause conflicts.
The first response gives you many options to try.. also don't forget to run a good cookie cleaner, I use Ccleaner, free download.
I have also uninstalled ran cleaner, the reinstall.
Hope it works for you.

I used to use firefox a few months back but then it also started giving me problems, it seemed everytime I opened it it jumped for a few moments before i could type anything. I loved it because i could open numeroous tabs at one time and it didnt seem to slow my browser down.
i would suggest reinstalling or checking for updates for it if your browsers and cookies have already been checked and cleared.Hope it clears up for you!!
