Best form of online advertising

hi guys! since there is no specific interest for advertising, I just decided to post my question here. I'm doing a research on how to effectively advertise using the Internet as a platform. The company is a company that deals mostly with swimming lessons and merchandise. Though they have already established a name for themselves, they still want to advertise in order to draw in more students for the learn-to-swim program. My dilemma is this. How do you advertise specifically for the Philippines setting using the Internet? How reliable is this form of advertising? Can you give me advertising tips and maybe even steps or experiences which I can use for my research? any help would be appreciated since I'm also trying to rush this. Thank you!
