manila tops 10 worst city in the world.

an international survey came out manila tops 10 worst city in manila in terms of driving. based on what i see on tv regarding manila's traffic it is indeed worse.. a simple road rule like no U turn but you see, cars doing it.. not parking properly or to a specific spot where you can park your car. it also contribute to the riding public, where it is prohibited to cross a certain street and yet people have no fear crossing even cars are on their way, and when you hit that guy crossing, you are the one send to jail. hmp! lack of discipline and we pinoy tend to break rules or make our own rules. we are that hard headed but why is it pinoys go abroad they follow rules of other countries but when we are in our country we don't.

It’s the fruit of being undisciplined and might get worst if we continue to be undisciplined. And why pinoys follow rules when they go abroad? Simply because they are out of their comfort zone. They have no choice but to follow the rules because they are there for a living otherwise they’ll be jobless once they violated rules in a foreign land. Even if you often find them complaining, they’ll end up following rules.

There are lot of rules here in our country but out government have no enough power for them to satisfy their law. The traffic is not just in Manila,there is also lot of traffic here in our place,here in Imus, Cavite and the traffic here become much worst because of the not finish road made by Maynilad. I hope there project will be don't very soon. Most of the time i become late because of the heavy traffic.
