Is it easy for you to forgive?

Forgiving....personally I don't forgive people that easy,well it depends on the degree of the harm or damaged she/he has caused me. If it has affected my reputation,it takes months for me to totally forgive the person,same with those who betray me. And before I forgive them, I make sure first that they've realized their mistakes and that they're really sorry for what they've done.

I think it is easier to forgive an enemy than a friend because an enemy from the start my end up your friend if later on you'll be able to iron out the issues between you. But to forgive a friend who betrayed you is really a difficult task to do. It's like having a family stab you at the bank. As of the moment I still couldn't forgive a friend who betrayed me.

Yes,it's true in our real world. Once a friend betrayed you,it's almost like next to impossible to bring the friendship back. I'm fortunate for I have never been betrayed by anyone.

yup its quite easy.
in my whole live there is only one person that i canot forgive till this day. its becouse i've been soo nice and kind to helping him but he cheat on me and steal something from me. its not becouse the prize but its about what he did. and he never realize and confess that he had made mistake and what he did is wrong. so i canot forgive that kind of person

It depends on what kind of mistake they did to me. If it was something small and forgiveable then as long as they say sorry then I won't hesitate to forgive. But if it was something that really hard for me to accept then I will forgive but only time will tell, so whether they say sorry or not, I will be silence for a while, because I believe everyone needs their space and time when they get really hurt by someone they care.

for me, it also depends. you are right that when your reputation is at stake, u cannot forgive easily because of the damaged he or she caused you. but there are times that i pray that god would allow me to forgive easily because it gave me so much peace.

I don't always find it easy to forgive, but I do it because I need to for myself. When I forgive, I feel like the burden has been released off of my shoulders. Another reason is I would want to be forgiven if I did something bad to someone else-intentionally or unintentionally.

my motto in life is "Life is short. Forgive quickly. Kiss slowly." I don't know why but I really do forgive quickly. Maybe because the relationships that I have with other people is more important than my pride. And once they say sorry I forgive. And sometimes even if they don't I just try to understand them. Sometimes it's really hard to forget what they did but living this life is better with good friends, good relationships, and good memories.
