Here in our place we do have lots of festivals and festival discounts and other gifts in shopping during that time. Moreover lots of people utilise those festival in purchasing clothes. May be lots of it or just a few according the economy they are in. In my place I mostly purchase clothes especially during Onam (a festival in India) festival. Other than Onam I do purcahase during Christmas and Vishu (A festival in India) also. Mostly during these festivals we could get good discount price and quality clothes and dresses.

the most special occasion that i buy or purchase new clothes is during christmas and enrollment of the school.Because i like my child have good clothes when the first day of school so he feel happy and comfortable,,and christmas that's the most special occasion i buy some clothes,,i want my family have something for christmas,in that way i can express my love to them,beside christmas is giving and only once a year so i buy things what my family make's them happy

Every before Christmas we go buy some nice new clothes.. It is practiced specially for the young.. Children become very happy when they have new clothes to wear during Christmas day.. Aside from that, I can't think of festivals or anything that needs new outfits..
But personally, if I have to attend some special occasions like weddings or special birthday parties, then I would probably go buy new dress to wear..
The festival discounts on your place are superb.. Lucky for you..

Hi Shamrack,
If we are going to buy new clothes for every special occasions, there are so many occasion in a year. And for someone like me who is always in financial constraint, I could not afford to have a new dress always. So probably, my birthday would be my choice. Well of course, it is my moment to show off what's new in me. I will buy for my self and my occasion. Another is Thanksgiving Day. I think these are important occasions to consider. Happy mylotting.

the best occasion for me to buy new clothes is during the start of the class. we are allowed to wear any type of clothes during the first week of opening of classes.

I like to buy a new clothes on my birthday. That is my day, I want to look great during my birthdays and also buying something new on my birthday is one way treating myself. And also on Christmas I buy clothes for my whole family I do shopping clothes for them.

When i was in school a dance was the time to buy something special to wear. As an adult, a wedding brings about the need to buy a new clothing purchase. it is not always just about the new clothes. it is also the event we want to be seen at.

Yes on some occasion I like to purchase cloths. I like to purchase cloths on Holi and Deepawali. Yes these are two festivals of us. So we always purchase new cloths on this festival. I think there are also many occasion when I like to purchase cloths.

here in our place we buy new clothes every before christmas so we can wear something new during that event. it is our tradition already to buy something new before december and we buy gift for our families, friends, godchildren and to our significant other or better halves..
and now people are starting to buy things because december or should i say, CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR is fast approaching.. :)
