Black Cats and Halloween

i know. thats horrible. i really wish people would stop doing such awful things to these poor innocent animals on halloween. its been like that for hundreds of years. wish whoever started that crap had bad luck theirselves. also, im hoping that everyone with black kitties are responsible like i was. i always kept mine in. actually my cats were usually indoor cats. was always afraid of bad people with them.

hello Keepee, Yes, I feel sorry for the Black cats at Halloween! They get picked on and tortured compared to other cats. It is all because of they are black. They could be child friend or buddy etc... and if people see them cross in front of them they get all panicy etc... I am surprise the black dogs do not go through problem it only cats because of the old stories of witches and there cats. I think SPCA is correct in pulling black cats off the adoption list for the month of october. I know if I was a black cat I would hope someone would do that for me! Thanks and have a great day! Since I never celebrate Halloween, I never know such believe exist. It must be horrible if something like that happen to my cat. I have black cat. In fact, I love black cats. They're beautiful. If I were in that area, I probably have to hid her until Halloween is over.
