Transfer from AlertPay to Paypal?

Well, i have been searching on the web and i have find there are many ways to transfer Alertpay balance to Paypal, but since i have never tried them before i do not know if they are reliable to use. So, does anyone knows about this? Have you succesfully transfered Alertpay money to Paypal? How did you do? What is the best way to do so? Thanks for the attention ^^
