To build a website, we will need to fill the web with articles.
If you want to build a website, which is the best, start from learning HTML code or just using an instant blog that provide us the background and anything we need.
For me, to learning about HTML code is not easy.

I'm a technotard so I like things easy. If you want to start a blog Blogger would be a great place to go because it is pretty easy and if you want to add a domain that's pretty simple too. Weebly isn't too bad either because it would allow you the option of having a blog with your website and Webs is another good place where you don't have to know HTML to get website out there.

As a beginner, it's always difficult to understand HTML code, and blog is the solution for everyone who want to have a site.
i agree with you.

I think the best bet is to get a self hosted blog such as, Wordpress.org, not .com, but .org, you download it.
Then you buy a domain name, and get it hosted at like godaddy.com or another hosting site, and you are free to do what you like with it.
The free blogs, claim ownership over your content, and can shut you down at their discretion. So, host your own.
Learning HTML can be easy or difficult, depending on how you are learning, I like http://www.w3schools.com.
Best of luck. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

I prefer using free CMS like wordpress or joomla, but because Joomla lack of security and my hosting forbid in using it, now i'm using wordpress only. Learning HTML and CSS is good to know also, for developing your website more eye catching, but it can wait until your site is running and having enough article inside.
You need to use more time on marketing your site, through SEO and several other marketing ways.

you are right, maybe i need to use my time to be focus to write an article, SEO and everything that make my site rank going up. to make visit to our web is more difficult than develop the web itself.
Thank you
