So how many comb do you use?

Nice discussion. My brother is the expert on combs. He combs almost every second. I don't know what he sees in that comb but he likes it very much. He even has something like a hair band. He oils his hair so much that if he stops using hair oil then oil prices would drop substantially! Cheers!

I use two, if I'm going to include the hairbrush, then three. One is a regular comb that I bring with me when I go out (it's always in my bag). The other is left at home, it's a wide-toothed comb that I use when my hair is wet to avoid hairfall. A hair brush, on the other hand, is used to maintain the volume of one's hair specially when blow drying it. :) We, girls, are often conscious at how our hair look, because it is our crowning glory - that explains the different kinds of comb we use. ^_^

In our house, we only have 1 comb. My dad keeps one comb in his pocket all the time. Me and my family are not avid combers. In fact, me and my brother can leave the house anytime without combing our hair even though I have a long hair.

I have quite a few, even though my hair is short and usually I just get out of bed and shake my head to have the hair fall in place. But after washing the hair it needs to be combed, and for that it is necessary to have wide-toothed comb first, because if the hairs are stretched while wet, that damages them, and then a fine toothed one for in front of the ears and above the forehead. Then, too, I have a folding comb for travel. Another reason to have more than one comb is I like them very clean and have to have one to use while the other is in the wash.

Hi. yogeshdhusa. I use two combs. I have a afro wide toothed comb and I have a wide tooth pick comb. I use the pick comb, to scratch my scalp and massage it too. I can kind of understand why your sister, uses different combs. It could be because of the way that she is styling her hair, and the length of her hair that she is combing too.

Well in my house each person has his/her comb separate, we never mix up, i always have mine near the dressing table, another i carry in my bag, i will never use any other persons comb, well the reason? i acquried some kind of itching once due to this.. Your sister uses four combs??? LOL--I don't even use a comb...I just have one brush that I use to brush my hair when I'm getting ready to go out for the day, then brush my hair again before going to bed. I guess I'm a no fuss gal

hiii yogesh i use three different combs.Sometime when my after washing hair i dont want to sue same comb and when there is less time in hand to wash previous comb and reuse it,i sue new one.Then i do have one more comb which i sue on Sunday when i apply henna on my hair and conditioner when i wash hair.I use this extra one on Sunday only.

Personally speaking, I usually have two combs. One is put in the bathroom and the other is put in my bag. Every time after I clean my face and take shower, I always comb my hair using the one in the bathroom. When I go out of my house, due to various reasons, for instance the wind, it's necessary to carry a comb for I hope that I always look energetic.

I just use one brush, since I have very long and thick hair, so a comb would not be enough for me.

I use only one comb. And I have one when I go on a trip or something. I dont know about your sister. But I dont think there is anything different with combs. It depends on your hairstyle, if you have curly hair then maybe you should use a brush. It will be very difficult if you use a plain hair comb for a curly hair. I am not very vain when it comes to my hair. As long as i feel comfortable with how I tie my hair then it will all be ok. Maybe your sister needs another set when she is away. And another when she is at home.

I have 2. 1 small to scratch and 1 big to comb. lets not mention how many I have used. Lol [all was too weak to comb through this head]

i am a guy. a perfect male. use one small pocket comb. occasionally. and same time nothing wrong in using more combs also. but i strictly not allow anyone to touch my comb

Well i only have 1 comb.Both i use at home and when i go out. It's much easier for me that way.

Hi, I can tell you that I only have 2 combs with me and only when my current comb spoilt,then I will get a new one. I am not that particular about comb,since I have long straight hair, it is pretty easy to comb my hair everyday. I just need a simple straight comb and a mirror to comb my hair everyday.

I only use two. One brush that stays at home, and a plain comb I bring when I go out. I don't have any clue on why your sister uses four, I don't think her hair is that complicated.
