Dreams in Working to Canada or Australia.... Anybody can help me ?

Is anybody can help me find an employer in Australia or CAnada so that I can work in that place. I have been dreaming eversince for almost ten years to work abroad particularly in CANADA or AUSTRALIA but until now I'm still here. Hoping that one (1) day I can work and find a better JOB in that place. And also please help me find an employer where in NO PLACEMENT FEE and all expenses will be on salary deduction. Please help me in either of that place. I know their are lot people here viewing and might read this letter and help me find a job on their place. I'm extending my warmest thanks whoever can help me.
