how to work on odesk?

i want to earn more on internet and i heard abt it recently. how to work in this site? does it requires any programming or designing knowledge? how much can we earn daily from this site? any mylotters in work with this site please provide me the complete info abt this site.

I've heard/read of people who really earn from oDesk. You do not neet programming knowledge as there are job offers in oDesk as researcher or for data entry jobs. I also tried applying to oDesk jobs but no luck. :(

yes,odesk is a good site but it not easy to joint in this site you have to create an acct.you go for a test and then apply to list of job that you found in odesk.just see for your self what you can tell about this site.www.Odesk.com
