pag ibig housing loan

i am planning to get a housing loan through pag ibig. I've been thinking about it for a long time already. I've been checking pagibig's website for helpful tips but any information on what to do such as developers, good location etc. will be highly appreciated. I prefer either a place located somewhere within the NCR or laguna. Thanks in advance.

Hello ybong,
Does it have an associated realty company or something? make sure you go to pag ibig directly. because of this globe asiatic thing, there's been a lot of problems with housing loan. so, there's a possibility that they got strict in giving loans this time. make sure you got all the requirements needed of you;@ybong007 (6643)

i'm soliciting suggestions on realty companies that offer the best bargains. I heard about globe asiatique too and it's a pity that such a big company could get involved in shady transactions. i am not aware that pagibig is becoming more strict with housing loans now but i guess they have to do it because of what happened with globe asiatique.

as for looking for houses try looking around first on a lot of houses, try going to open houses and check out the house and its layout not only the model homes becuase these are a lot different than the actual turnover units; as for their rates and the like, most of them give bank loans as well as pagibig loans.
