Which is Important Pay Package or Job Satisfaction????

I think that job satisfaction is better than pay package but if you get paid for something you enjoy doing then it is not a bad thing but a bonus.

Hi, Job satisfaction is a must. However, you can't always work for free, unless it's some kind of social work you're doing. Money can't buy you satisfaction. Satisfaction that amounts to happiness is something that you choose in your life. Yes, you actually become happy when you choose to be so. One first needs to identify one's purpose in life. This reduces the confusion. Once this purpose is fixed, you become practically invincible. You don't have to think much before making an important decision. All that is in conformity with your purpose is valid and industrious and all that does not are completely unnecessary. You definitely need money to survive. However, you have to make sure that you have enough scope left for self improvement. You can take additional courses, trainings to hone your skills. Then you can look for some better opportunities. The best use of your salary would be to invest it in these programs of self improvement. This will give you satisfaction.
