I don't see the point of Twitter and don't see why people want to be that accessible, that dependent and that obsessed with "chatting with friends". GOod grief, after they text, call, tweet and email...how the heck do they have so much to say without repeating? I'd get sick of talking to anyone that much in a single day! Throw in the fact that you are so limited on how many "characters" you can have...a conversation of 10 words or less for each response....good grief, who's got the time to go through all that... I mean, 15 minutes for a 2 minute phone call! Not to mention the inconvenience that texting/tweeting imposes either for you or the people around you that are inconvenienced cause you are tweeting/texting instead of paying attention to what you are doing. I swear, the next time I am in line at a store register and the person is on the cell doing whatever and I have to stand there and wait till they get done with it before they cmplete the transaction...I'll not be able to hold my tongue. Get out of line and go tweet, but don't waste my time and make me wait while you tweet or text or talk on the phone.
