HTML 4 vs 5?

hiiiiiiiiiii....... according to me HTML 4 is better to use and understand then HTML 5

There are slight changes in Html 5 like consistency, defined error handling,etc. Describing the differences is not possible here on this forum. html 5 has new words,command, which makes easier to work with it, but yet everything support it expect the internet explorer.... so nowadays, when almost everyone use IE, you shouldnt work with it, because lot of people cant watch your site/sites
