Going Back to School

I graduated in 2005 with a degree in Sociology. I am happy with the knowledge, but I wanted to get educated in IT. I was thinking to get a certificate online because I didn't want to go back to school to get another degree. I work from home as an internet marketer. What is the best way to go about it?
