There are many possibilities when cooking instant noodle depend on what you got in your fridge. I never eat just instant noodle, I usually combine it with vegetable, garlic, spring onion, Chili and egg or seafood plus tomato. If you creative there are many possibilities with instant noodle like making it into omelet. You just need to boil the noodle first until it adalante than mix with 3 stirred egg put the seasoning into it and you can put your favorite vegetable in it or add what ever you like. then put a little cooking oil in the skilled than put it all in it and waited it until cook.

For instant noodle, i like it to be fried with eggs, green vegetables and of course, you can add other ingredients you like as fishball, sausages, etc. Sometimes, I will cook the instant noodle in soup base and I added some vegetables and it does taste nice too. Actually instant noodle is very practical food, easy to cook and can be served in 5 minutes time. I always standby at least whole pack of instand noodle at home for emergency. I don't eat it very often ,but sometimes, I really have no food at home and lazy to go out buy, then instant noodle will be my food for the day.

Well, if you want something a bit different, you can try this. Boil the noodles first to soften them. Then, stir some meat (chicken, meat, whatever) and then some veggie like diced carrot. If you want to add tomatoes, add it after you add the noodles. In the meantime, mix two eggs with some seasonings (usually salt and pepper or some chicken cube in my case). Then pour that to the pan with the meat and veggie and put the noddles. Don't stir. Let it cooked and then turn it to the other side. After both side cook, serve. It's easier if you use flat pan.

Yes, you can make a stir fried noodles. No sweat doing it. Just sautee onion, garlic in 2 tbsp oil. After that you can add shrimp or meat of your preference, add 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables like carrots, beans, cabbage. Then add noodles. Dash with salt and pepper to taste. pour 2 teaspoons of sesame oil or as desired. Garnish with celery and onion leaves. Serve hot. This is simple recipe and it takes no expert in cooking to cook this. Goodluck.:)
