Cant put my pc to sleep

hi , can anyone help me with this , when i go to start -sleep it works . But when I set it to sleep for 30 minutes , it does not work ,, see the pic please . http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/9020/15922817.jpg as u can see , i set it for 30 min , but it does not work .. thnx .

Are you sure there aren't any programs running? If there's one running your PC will noy go to sleep. Greetings

This problem mostly ocurs if there are services running in the background. Some firewalls or antivirus programs can stop going in to sleep state. Also email programs (that check email every ...min) and other services that connect to the internet have the same problem.
