Your imagination and your budget are your only limits on what kind of business you can start with that kind of money. If you have that money, save it up, let it grow and you can maybe buy a franchise that's successful. Otherwise you can start an online business, there are plenty of options for this, it just depends on what you want to do. If you're creative, you can start crafting and selling your creations online. Or you can buy old things and restore them and sell them for more money. That's something my roommate wants to do. The sky's the limit honestly.

Helllo inday, It really depends on what you would be interested in doing, but not always is it a good idea to open up a business. If I were you I would put that amount into a 401K or a savings account and forget I ever had it, but that's me of course. ~Paul

There are plenty of online money making methods and the best is affiliate marketing. I have the ideas and resources but never tried it bcoz of lack of funds. But i personally know several internet marketers making lots of money. So you can try affiliate marketing if you can spare $6000.

Because I like to be online all the time and I like writing for online websites, too. My suggestion is open an internet cafe. At least I don't have to pay much for manpower. I can stay in the cafe while I do my thing.
