hi cherry, i have a suggestion but is quite different from what you are looking for. i know of some resources you can learn another language, ebooks and audio books but they aren't bought. you can actually download free ebooks and language guides to studying any language on your own. there are a lot. you don't need to shell out a cent for it. i've also signed up for an online language learning site to practice communicating with language exchange partners from different countries. they have written exams and the users get to rate and correct your activities, grammar, spelling and proper usage of their language. ive done this when i was studying spanish and french language. hope it helps
