Park Visits

Today... I decided to take my almost 2 yr old princess to the park.. she doesn't go very often.. so I figured the last few warm days that we may have left before Fall really sets in.. I may as well take her. She had SOOOO much fun going down the slide that it tuckered her out lol and she was asleep by like 7:30p or 8p. She has been sleep ever since!!
I have always loved going to parks.. even as a kid, my cousins, friends and I ALWAYS had a ball. My favorite was the swings.. I think I may take my daughter to swing next time. Even now today, my friends and I frequently visit parks because we don't generally like big crowds and that is something that we can all do together and enjoy without being around a lot of people, drama and unnecessary bs. Some parks around here aren't as low key as they used to be.. some are vandalized... others hawked by the police.. and some aren't even safe enough for children now. It's sad to see some of these parks deserted.. while the bigger ones are the only ones visited. Do you like parks?? Visit them frequently??

We make it a point to visit all of the local parks as often as possible while we have nice weather. This past spring and summer we visited a number of the local parks. If there is one thing that our area has going for it, there are a ton of great neighborhood parks that we can visit. My favorite is a little neighborhood park where there have never been a ton of people when I take the children to visit, there are plenty of things to climb on and slides and of course swings.

I think that parks are great places to just relax and wind down while enjoying nature and spending time with friends and family.

Oh yes, we have many parks out here . . . so we try to hit them whenever we have the chance! We live in an apartment, so we appreciate the parks as they serve as a huge yard for the kids. I have a 5 year old who's loved going to the parks all her life - and now our 11 month old son is enjoying them. I actually like the parks over the hills from us . . . their playing apparatus is awesome and challenging for the older kids like my daughter . . . but the problem is as cool as they are, some of them do not have restrooms! The parks around here are just "ok" - but they are all literally the same - just in different configurations - and the same ugly orange/blue/brown colors. I like the parks that have a more natural setting - with duck ponds, boulders, or places to hike too . . . and as warm as it gets here, parks with shaded areas (beit trees or covered areas) are much appreciated. We love parks!

I like visit the park in the morning,when the air is very fresh.I hate to take kids here,they always run , jump and climb……

Lol wow you like visiting parks, but don't like for kids to accompany you?? That seems weird lol.
