logi ptc scam?

i joined a new ptc site named logi ptc. Is it a scam? i tried clicking on an ad an after some seconds this message appeared: "Someone beat you to the site!".. and also most of the ads are links to there own pages.. did that site pay any of you?

it is real and u still get paid even when it says that someone beat u to the site!!!

No! you won't get paid when it didn't load. it won't be credited to your account.
