can you still love the person who hurts you? / myLot

There are a lot of times when you feel that love ain't enough when the person you are loving continuously hurts you. But then, I think, it is your choice if you want to stop loving that person or just give your unconditional love, not asking for anything in return.

There's a saying that if you love someone, you can accept him as well as his shortcomings. For me it is true. Like a family, we usually got hurt even we're a family, but then since there is a mutual feeling of love and care, no matter how they hurt us, still we are a family. But we can feel that, there have already scarce of relationship. You may say, because it is a family. If we love someone, there is always love, if we're together with that someone for a very long time, we can feel that love for him/her thus we consider them a family. But it is true also that, if we always get hurts by the same person, no matter how we love him/her, that feelings will vanished and painted out by the pain created within. So it depends on the severity of what has been done, and the love that we feel between two people.

Yeah, on the severity and the love that we feel. But then, even if the hurt caused is really bad, we still fight for the love, hoping that someday, something will change for good...
