astral projection / travel or out of body experience?

hi pal! have you ever experienced this kind of situation when you are floating in air, you can see your physical body, and you can go to any places easily? tell me your story!

well i have but i think it is just a dream. but what they explained in tv or books like seeing your body and it seems your floating.. its just the same but i can think there is nothing spiritual about it.
