hi i likes a girl.. she knows me.but not yet we talked both..
but i likes to talk with her.. how should i approch to her..
or i wants to wait till she get start to talk with me.....

You have to approach her and befriended with her. Start a small talk like ask her about her families and friends . How is she doin' right now . Or try to open up a discussion with her. Any way you know her. You can even invite her or ask somebody of your friends to introduce her with you. I hope this will help you.

i had a chance of seeing her in many places ...but she not showed even a little smile..then how can i talk friendly

just be yourself...buy her a drink and introduce yourself. a girl won't smile to stranger, so start the conversation. of course, she won't be friendly for the first time, but you should approach her day by day...good luck...

Meet her when she least expects to be met. Since you know your town just hangout more and she will be bound to appear soon. Gather up the courage and start talking to her. Try to speak about her favorite topics. When you get to know her well make sure you are well versed in her interested topics. Make her wanna talk to you. That way you could be friends. Slowly gain her trust and be like her best friend. When you are planning to propose to her or asking her out then make sure it's done in a special way. Do NOT mess that up as it's very important.
