do u feel guilty

It is awful that a child has to beg complete strangers for money. If I were that childs parent I would be the one begging for the money as I would not be too proud to make sure my child is able to eat. Yes I too would feel guilty and help in some way.

The parents have responsibility for their children as well. They can't be counted out of this. They should be helping their children to grow up. They're their obligation.

Many children are loitering around the street to beg for money. Sometimes, these children are members of a syndicate or others are being forced by their parents to beg. I am guilty sometimes, but I control not to feel that way because of those reasons. Children are being exploited and abused to beg for money . It is of course harsh on my part not to give them money because that money may be given to their parents or a syndicate. What I do is give them food to eat and not money.
