It is good on so many levels. I think walking is good exercise and when it is good for a cause as well it can't be any greater of an experience. It is so great to feel that we are helping as well as giving and then getting on the whole. How can it be any better than that?!

I see many people in different countries participate in "walks" for charity. I very much admore them. I have not myself participated in the events yet. I look forward to do that some day. I do make donations to charity organizations which are helping needy people in different parts of the world.

I run for 5 kms for a free college education.
That was real fun and a good for my health too.
It's a great success with almost a hundred thousands of participants.

I don't know if I have enough stamina to walk for a charity because my bones are already brittle. But I have been walking the path of charity with friends and it feels good to be of service to communities where there are a number of less-fortunate children who offer you in return their real smiles after touching their lives. It's an honor to have been given to walk the path of charity. :)
