Have you, would you, ever walk for a charity, and which one?....many years ago back in the 70s I walked 25 miles for the March of Dimes...Oh the feeling I got after that walk to help out..I felt like I was on cloud 9:)

It is good on so many levels. I think walking is good exercise and when it is good for a cause as well it can't be any greater of an experience. It is so great to feel that we are helping as well as giving and then getting on the whole. How can it be any better than that?!

I see many people in different countries participate in "walks" for charity. I very much admore them. I have not myself participated in the events yet. I look forward to do that some day. I do make donations to charity organizations which are helping needy people in different parts of the world.

Yes i do. I run for 5 kms for a free college education. That was real fun and a good for my health too. It's a great success with almost a hundred thousands of participants. I am into charity works for more than 13 years now,and still working with the organization.

I don't know if I have enough stamina to walk for a charity because my bones are already brittle. But I have been walking the path of charity with friends and it feels good to be of service to communities where there are a number of less-fortunate children who offer you in return their real smiles after touching their lives. It's an honor to have been given to walk the path of charity. :)

Yes I did walk for the march of dimes once and once the race track sponsered a walk when I worked there. I gave a cash donations and cooked hotdogs and stuff for 10,000 people. It was crazy busy, but it was for a good cause.
