Will power or confidence - which is needed most in life

I feel both have equal role in life, may be they are interelated and interconnected. But there are people who are overconfident and could fall in falts. May be to recover certain set back one may need will power. According to you which one do you like to give importance.

Hello Shamrack! I think that will power is more important, even if a little confidence doesn't do anything wrong if it is present, i really think that the will is more necessairy. IT is true that having one of them makes the other one blosom earlier, but where is will there is a way to make everything happen.

Will power suggests struggle so i prefer self-confidence. Will power means you're striving for something and self-confidence suggests ease. At least it does for me.

hi shamrack, I agree with you both are equally important.. with out will power and confidence one cannot achive things in life.. but being overconfident will be a failure always..

I think they are almost interchangeable, because in my opinion, you really need will power or "discipline" to be totally confident in yourself. At least that's what I've kind of noticed. For example, in order to be CONFIDENT in your FINANCES, you should have complete control over them. You know? I think that's legitimate confidence.
