How can you control yourself by eating too much?

I really had a hard time to control myself from eating too much. Maybe because of my work that is so stressful and my lifestyle. For me eating too much can help me cope up to the stress and it's pleasurable to my mouth. I really want to loose my weight so I intend to eat 2 meals a day but i know it's not healthy to the body. Can anybody give me an advice what to do with my problem?

I'm slim now, but i used to be a very big boy. The best thing that somebody will tell you is to not eat at night, leave about a 2 hour a space before you sleep, also eat breakfast, as your more likely to eat a 3x bigger Dinner! Swimming as much as possible is good to reduce the body fat and a great way to exercise.

If you'd be willing to try a vegan diet, you'd be afforded the luxury of eating vast amounts of food compared with a normal western diet.
If you enjoy beans, veggies, and pastas, and don't mind giving up all meats diary and oils you can eat as much as you'd like and most likely lose weight, depending on your activity level of course.
I lost over a hundred pounds on this diet when I was younger, I used Dr McDougals plan but any vegan diet will do just fine.
