I mean,Really..So the "Twilight" Movie series THIS movie is an obvious parody of were extremely popular with Girls and Women..so Would the Female Demographic,(Loving Edward), want to go see this Lampoon? Reading stories of almost Hysteria among the Fans of "Twilight",I wouldn't think so..
So What about the Guys? If Guys were in the Minority (and I don't have the stats in front of Me to quantify this!) at the Twilight showings,are the Majority of Male Viewers who didn't then go to see Twilight going to get what have to be the in jokes aimed at the series?
It seems like a Dilemma to Me for the Movie Makers..one half of the Audience May hate being poked fun at,and the other half won't be able to relate to it..or have I my assumptions wrong? Tell Me where you stand on the Edward Lovers v Parody fan issue,and if You'll be going to see this!!

If you're thinking of it being a waste of money before going,it probably will be..Can I ask your position on being an Edward Fan or not?

It's just so i won't be totally disappointed with a movie once I see it that's why I make it a habit that I'm not too excited to watch it. I'm not a pure fan of Edward but when it comes to the book itself, I prefer the character there than in the movie but I have nothing against the Twilight saga movies. Oh and I also watch parodies because it's interesting to see their take on the movie they're poking fun at but if it's not well done, I'm going to skip watching it.

Sometimes, I don't go with the ratings. Like, there are poorly rated movies that I like, and there are movies with great reviews that I don't like. Same thing with there are box-office hits that I don't like and those movies that didn't hit well that I do like. I agree that it's interesting to see parodies, but there are just those that are poorly done.

I will wait for Netflix streaming. I think it is not good to spend $ 6 for a movie ticket.

It's interesting because these recent spoof movies get slammed for being utter, mindless cr@p yet they keep on coming. The reason being is that they are relatively cheap to make, costing roughly $20,000,000 and so quite easily turn a small profit with them generally grossing from purely theatrical runs double the budget. That sounds a lot but compared to other movies that is a tiny budget and gross.
As for this one, I won't go out of my way to watch it, maybe in a few years if it ever gets shown on TV I may watch it but I personally wouldn't spend any money to watch it.
Interestingly if you look at the user voting for the movie on imdb there are over double the number of votes from men than their are from women and women rate it higher than men. Now this isn't proof of anything as to your question but it does seem that women could be getting the jokes about twilight more than men. I'd say that IMDB overview was going along with my assumptions...the Women,being Edward fans,are getting the Jokes,while the Guys,being haters are going along with the ridicule aspect of it..
I agree about these spoof movies..I went to the cinema in the mood for a laugh,and went to see "Epic Movie"... Laugh? I was still waiting to start at the end credits..there's not many movies I'd want my money back from,but that one I'd want my time back as well!

didn't this movie came out last august?
well, i know that piracy is a crime but it's not my fault that it was downloadable even before it came out on theaters. it's not worth it if you're going to watch it on theater. some parts are fun to watch. when i actually saw the trailer, i told myself that i'll watch it in cinema but when i was able to watch it in my computer, i was just glad that i didn't waste my money on it. it's kinda funny but it's not worth it.
