So, I have a pretty scary mom in law, she's always prying into me and my husbands life, always talking behind my back, ONCE even when I was in the other room I could hear everything she said about me! Also, the food she makes leaves something to be desired, I swear she is the cheapest woman I have ever met she'll keep cheese until it's covered in mold and say its fine and cut off the bad parts, or make steak that's been in her freezer for like 2 years freezer burn in all I swear she's trying to make us sick! Do you have a scary mom in law? Make me feel better about mine and vent! lol

My partner and I are living together but we are not yet married. I really hate his family especially his mom because she looks at me as if I am a dirty woman. When she found out that I was pregnant, she told my partner taht she doubt if the baby is his own. She and his husband told my partner to leave me and look for another one, who is reach and have a good life. I was so badly hurt when i knew it, until now I I dont even want to hear there name. But my partner really loves me and stay beside me all the time. He never leaves us alone. But I dont think i am able to deal with his parent anymore.

Wow, thanks for sharing, thank goodness your partner is so caring and understanding. I guess we really have to look at ourselves and say we just can't please everyone. Just be a good mom and a good partner and you'll do fine :)

a story of a woman and a mother-in-law is like a story of a cat and a dog...I 've heard a lot of stories about a mother-in-law who treats bad her daughter in law. Do you believe there is a curse between both relationship?! well it's just a matter of a believe. my friend and her mother-in-law have an open quarrel in their house, and still i'm confusing now, why she still lives in the same house with her mother..?
In my opinion, we can't live together with our parents-in-law, especially, when we found a lot of misunderstanding in it. Living together will destruct our relationship.
Luckily, I don't have a mother=in-law, she had passed away before i married to her son....

VERY TRUE I like the comparison to a cat and a dog, and yes, living with them is definitely a no-no lol.
