I think that this is not really possible for all. there are some who sees a professional help but then their issues or problems are not resolved by a couple of hours chatting with a professional person. The thing is, wee can only help ourselves, resolve our own personal isssues and want to change our lives for the better. there is no amount of other people'ss help if we ourselves does not want to help us get over things that is making us suffer.

Want to ask? Can someone deal a personal problem without telling it to anyone? I do not think so because too much thinking and dealing our problems alone may lead us to depression. Example, a doctor can advise his patients when they are sick, but a doctor cannot advise himself when he is sick. Why is this so? Because we have the ability to self denial. When you have a problem, people can sense what you feel, but you are in denial that everything is fine because in your mind you can handle it.
Psychiatrist or psychologist do not solve our problems. They are there to guide us to accept what is happening to us. In a way, they can help us solve our problems and how to deal them. Indeed, it is actually us who can only solve our problems and not others. However, we cannot solve our problem because when our mind is in a state of "denial", tendency is we cannot see the real world and we cannot be discreet with our choices and decisions.

Yes!! I do believe that psychiatrist can help your problem. Don't deal it by yourself because it may worsen your problem. Have someone who could talk to you or can be shared with. Do visit your psychiatrist whenever you have a problem cause only them can help you about that.
