the bill cartoon

You know, I vaguely remember this cartoon as well. We might have been shown this cartoon in school one day during one of my classes as well, when we were learning about the government. I think it was one of those Schoolhouse Rock cartoons or something along those line. I remember those educational shows that were not trying to be overly educational. Schoolhouse Rock was a cartoon I remember. I believe the Magic School Bus was another time. They did make learning fun in my younger days. I have no idea if those cartoons are on television these days. I would not be surprised if they had found their way on DVDs. There is a market for these things, for people remembering these things fondly about childhood. I don't think there will be another era for that with cartoons.
