Ya that's a kinda awkward topic to speak to your partner. I don't want talk it. Neither am I interested to know about her history of partners.
I want myself and her to live with this dream that she is my last partner and I am her last too ;)

I would give a range.
When I am in a long relationship I feel they have the right to know. I wouldn't tell them who unless they asked a specific name. If your clean then it really doesn't matter.

Ofcourse that topic it's very uncomfortable to talk with your present partner, I don't like it to hear from him either.
