Can u Speak English Fluently?

Yes I can because it is my first language, along with Spanish as my second and Italian as my third. I can speak Spanish well and I guess I would say I can manage living in a Spanish country (so I guess fluently) and Italian I only know the basics, sorry :( Pablo

Since my high school days, I had been using English as a matter of day to day communication tool with most friends and some members of the family, otherwise, it shall be the local dialect. Reading materials in my country, mostly come in English, too. Growing up becoming better in the language skills, both spoken and written, was treated as something normal.
