Nowadays, we want to do things right. Of course, who wants to be in a mess? If someone approached us asking to borrow money, knowing the fact that he/she has no income, we immediately decline to help, but to others, still its not a worse scenario, they will ask first if he/she has some items like, TV, Stereo, etc. So what they do, they collect this item first as collateral for the loan so they can lend the money. What if the person has nothing at all, will you consider to lend him/her a money?

Oh this would be tough being that I too do not having to give out and loan out either. I would have to say though that unless I had extra then it would be a risk on never getting it back.

no i would not lend them money as they have no way of paying them back and it would be clear the money would never be paid back.
