Nudity depends upon

Friends I work on a site, which gives me pictures to view, and clarify as obscene or decent in my opinion, in my place. This is because what is considered obscene in one country or culture may be considered decent elsewhere. Our women folk usually wear saris (A dress worn primarily by Hindu women; consists of several yards of light material that is draped around the body) or salwar kameez (A pair of light loose trousers with a tight fit around the ankles; worn by women from the Indian subcontinent, usually with a kameez). Usually there is no exposure of cleavage or belly.
Recently I was given so many pictures to judge, see the one I share here about new fashion. I marked this as ‘obscene’ it was accepted. Though I know others may take this as decent.
What is your assessment as per your place as per your culture. I just want to know for sharing of knowledge.

I would consider it decent but in poor taste.

I do think that the way that obscene photos are viewed is very dependent on which country that you are in. However, I really can't see the picture that you've shared here being considered decent anywhere in the world. I think that the picture was absolutely disgusting and I would never, ever feel like it was acceptible to wear something like that in public. What a great discussion, thanks so much for sharing.

though the dress is not showing the body of the person wearing it...and its only the design on the jeans...but its not sensible ..... i feel pity on the designer who designed it....at least it should look good somewhere....but i dont find any place where it can suit

Well, that picture is a few years all, and has been seen and re-seen in the internet, so I am afraid I don't find it funny anymore, sorry
You're right, the definition of being obscene or not are completely different from one country to another, because of all the cultural differences. In my country it's common to see girls wearing shorts showing half of their *sses, but it's not considered indecent.

Well I think that celebrities are changing our culture which probably needs to stop. In my opinion though that is inappropriate though and you made the right decision.
If you agree with that you really may as well agree with everyone walking around unclothed. Which is absolutely fine. It's just most people decided keeping clothed was the best thing if not for keeping warm then protecting themselves or their privacy.

hi professor,
others might call me conservative, but this kind of dress is not at all nice to look at nor decent. they call that fashion? well, it is unfashionable, nor attractive. the panty in the drawing is not even sexy.
