There is a day every now and again for many of us, where we sleep in. Or in many cases try to sleep in. However, you can't really sleep your life away, so there is a point where you must get up. I think if I sleep until about eight o'clock in the morning at the least. I know some people who sleep until about noon or one in the afternoon, which can be bit staggering, but I do admit that I have done it when I am ill. So about how late do you sleep in on those times where you do?

I slept at 3am and woke up at 6:30am this morning. Now even if i am sleepy, it's hard for me to sleep because my body doesn't want to. I usually sleep for about 6 hours and not more or less. Sleep is really important so we could function well at work and in any activity.

Very important indeed. Trust me, it is not pretty when I don't get enough sleep. I can be very irritable, as I am sure many others are. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

sometime, I experience sleepless nights and sleep around 1 to 2 . Otherwise I sleep early by 10:30 maximum. I used to be a very early sleeper, but marriage changes your habits you know. You have to live according to your partner's habits.

Yeah, I can see that. As of right now, I don't have to worry about that but any external factor can change it. Neighbors getting back late can keep a person up as well. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I always wake up around 8am because I sleep around 1 or 2am. During days that I do not have to work, the latest that I sleep in is 9am. I do not want to get up later than that because they say that it will make you more groggy in the next morning when you have to get up early again. It is good that your body clock is already used to you getting up the same time every morning.
