What the best GPS Mobile Phone?

Looking for a new phone that has a very good GPS that is in-build to the phone. I don't really care for the camera that much and would like it to have Windows OS in it if possible. I been looking for phone that has the SiRF star III chipset, which I heard it the best one for GPS. Please help me, Thank you.

I wonder if GPS-enabled cellphones are accurate? Accuracy is affected by the signal and how it is processed by the receiver unit. An error of three meters on the ground can be considered accurate by some standards.
Nokia phones have GPS Assisted and standalone GPS system. Personally, even if I have not used one, I would not bet my money on its accuracy.
