If you have a cool video posted in You tube, They can send you an e-mail to make part of partners programs, i already have been called but they denied my video! Some tips: Your video need to be about something that people really like for example: soccer,games,internet,comic videos. You can't steal someone video to try to make part of the program, the video need to be made by you! Don't think to post musics that owners always call the copyright its stupid! Youtube have too a program to post the youtube partners musics and when someone buy you will earn money(I'm not sure about this)
