Should the University Campus Be Open to Tourists?

In university campus, especially in some famous ones, such as Harvard University and Cambridge University. One can always find visitors taking pictures and enjoying the scenery in university campus. During the National Day Holiday, summer and winter vacations, many university campuses become popular tourist sites. What's your opinion on this question?

I think university campus never open for the tourists because in university campus there are also students hostels and their they doing their many activities and also mostly time they studied their so if university campus open for tourist then their will be disturbance in students study and also some other problems comes.
