The best topics for Bukisa are health topics, and the fact that you can make unlimited articles on health is a great boost! I mean this may be an offensive example, but how many people are currently obese or over weight? Well I bet most of them are searching for a solution, so that's a major topic right now! What do you think!?

Hi,
Most of us do have health hazards of some form. It is quite expected that they will be searching for a solution over internet, so that they may cut the cost of seeing a doc. I didn't know this trick about publishing health related articles. I have little or no knowledge in health related stuff. In Triond however, I get the least earnings from computer related articles and that pisses me off. What's the use of graduating in engineering anyway? Thanks.
God bless you.

Hi getbiswa,
I would think that with the increasing popularity of computer usage, computer related articles would be very sought after. Perhaps, you can focus on less technical issues and more of the problems that most computer users face like how to make the computer work faster, preventing your computer from crashing, advantages of the different browsers and so on. This is just a suggestion. These are questions I have which I want answers to.
Or perhaps you can go to Yahoo Answers and search for computer related questions and see what questions people are asking about computers and write an answer to the questions and link back to your own articles. You can get traffic to your articles this way.

Dear,
You're right. All those technical jargons only complicate thing even more. I need to find a way to write articles in the simplest way possible, so that every other reader can get clear idea on what the articles are about. Also I need to do some research to find what the readers need. Thanks so much for the links you've provided on SEO. It was of great help. From today on, I'll study some serious stuffs on SEO. I'll also discuss and share with you everything that I learn from them. I will not write any more articles unless I complete my research on this 'SEO' thingy. You've been a great mentor. Thanks once again for supporting me this much.
God bless you.

Thank you getbiswa,
I'm glad I can be of much help to you. I'm far from knowing everything there is to know about SEO. Still learning through trial and error but the guy who wrote the article I gave the link to you really has it pinned down.
I am really amazed that he's able to overcome the competition with keywords which have more than 30,000 searches. I wouldn't dare to target such high demand keywords as the competition would be really brutal.
I wish you all the best and do share your findings from the research that you plan to do so we can both benefit.

The article that has earned the most for me and that has the most Q. Views is actually an article on God's existence. While the article bombed on Triond it has been a hit in Bukisa, go figure?
And yes, articles on health and relationships have done well. One should vary the articles and see which ones do well and then try a view in the same topic and see what happens. It's pretty much trial and error as far as i can see. All the best to everyone!

For me, the articles that I wrote about Facebook, Facebook games, Youtube and PC performance have got me more views..
I wrote my first article related to health just last week and I am still waiting to see how it goes..
Generally, more people search for topics related to games, travel, health, Facebook and entertainment.. But as you all know, it is very important to choose a keyword that is less competitive and still productive..
I must say that I am quite successful in Bukisa than I actually expected.. I learnt a lot of things here.. And I am glad to see all my Bukisa friends here in myLot.

I totally agree with you drspaniel. Health related topics can do very well on any writing site not just Bukisa. However, you must also bear in mind that these topics are highly competitive too so you must be prepared to compete with millions of other web pages and articles.
The trick is to find a very small niche. For example, don't write about weight loss in general but about how to reduce double chin or how to slim down flabby arms. Be more specific and health related topics will be big earners for you.

Yes, health articles do great for me, and it is also a bit of an ever green topic, if you know what I mean, so I think it is a great topic for article writing!
